Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Club Shop, Peanuts & Golf. On eligible items, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, eligible items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging when applicable. Clothing must be free of odors, pet hair, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or visible wear. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Free Returns / Exchanges on Women’s Clothing

For eligible women’s clothing orders over $75, we offer free returns and exchanges. The $75 minimum applies to the original women’s clothing purchase total, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, and non-clothing items.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. For items that do not qualify for free returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because inventory can sell quickly, the fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the size, color, or style you want, and then return the original item through our return process. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the original item according to this policy.

“Classic” 4 for 3 Sale

Items purchased using our “Classic” coupon code will be refunded or exchanged based on the discounted amount paid for each item. When applicable, refunds will reflect the pro-rated discount from the original order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at store@peanutsandgolf.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as peanuts, custom products, special orders, personalized items, gift cards, golf clubs, golf balls, all other golf equipment and final sale items.

Closeout Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges may be allowed at our discretion if the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and the requested replacement is available.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage in transit.

International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with returning the item to us, unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item being sent.

International returns must still meet our standard return eligibility requirements. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging when applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for international returns lost in transit.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in the same condition received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
