Shipping (Domestic & International)
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to fill the order as soon as possible and guarantee your satisfaction. Sometimes the manufacturer is out of stock and in these situations we have to wait on back-orders to fulfill your order. We try our best to keep inventory up to date as much as possible. Some products could also be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Domestic: Items shipped from our retail store in Boone, North Carolina have a typical transit time around the continental U.S. range from 2-4 days but could be longer depending on holidays and other logistics with the shipping company used.
International shipping is generally fulfilled within 10-15 days, depending on the carrier and shipping method selected. DHL Express or other Express items are fulfilled in a much shorter timeframe.
Items shipped directly from a manufacturer in some cases will take longer to be fulfilled.
Domestic: We ship via UPS and USPS. We do our best to provide tracking numbers on shipments to guarantee the item is received. Carriers vary via International shipments. Please contact us with any questions. We reserve the right to switch your shipping option or carrier. At our discretion, we may upgrade your shipping using a different carrier.
Please note any carrier restrictions in the comments section of your order. If your location does not accept certain carriers or shipments and it was not noted, we are not responsible and the purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
We offer upgraded shipping options that are available in the checkout. If you have a need for rush shipping, please note this in the comments section of your order. We do our best to get these out as soon as possible, however we do not make any guarantee's outside of our normal shipping policy.
